Interview to Sebastien Foucan.

Free runner Sebastien Foucan talks about his fashion style.
A I would describe my style as comfortable. I don’t like fashion, so I usually wear
t-shirts, trousers, tracksuits, hoodies and running shoes. I own a few pairs of denim jeans. I don’t like formal
clothes. Although my style is casual, I am very particular about what I like.
B Many people think that free running simply involves jumping between buildings or running along
rooftops. However, it is a philosophy and lifestyle influenced by Asian thinking. The idea is to get rid of
negative energy and become fluid like water.
C I live in Paris but I miss my shopping trips in London. There are several shops that have the sort of stuff I
like. I like plain cotton t-shirts or ones with a simple design on. They go well with trousers or jeans. I like
light cloths, I can’t stand wearing something heavy. I also never wear anything made of silver or gold.
D Most of my style inspiration comes from comics or movies. I am a big fun of Japanese comic characters,
when I am free I read a lot of comics.
Last year I started my own clothing line. At the moment it consists only of t-shirts and trainers.
The sport I practice is very energetic and tough too. I train for seven hours a day. I do a mixture of gym and
outdoor work.
