In eSpace, we deliver a transparent, potentially shippable increment (working

software) that is frequently inspected at a minimum once per month by the team
and stakeholders.

Agile project management helps us reduce complexity by breaking down the time-
consuming process of determining project requirements, building the product and
then testing it. Instead, small, usable segments of a product are specified,
developed and tested in two-to-four-week cycles called “sprints”.

Many years of influential and effective cooperation with The National Elections
Authority - ‫ الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات‬in Egypt since 2011. The elections authority
wanted to build an online system that provided all the necessary information for
voters inside and outside of Egypt to participate in the process. The pool of voters

in Egypt is over 50 million citizens. We have empowered all 10 elections, including

referendums and the presidential and parliamentary elections 2011 until today and
