Learning has many paces and various designs, objectives, tools, and many more to do it so.

As a
learner goes beyond their learning, new levels of cognition must be addressed. As per the
differences and commonalities of students, they must be productive and efficient throughout
teaching-learning. As to the assessment procedure, the learner would be explicitly taught and
scaffolded by the time he or she goes with the flow. Their abilities must always be at their peak
for them to master and produce an effective individual. Students are not only emancipating
knowledge but also performing it interactively and purposefully. Students must be evaluated to
see growth by assessing what they have acquired from the learning process. This can be done
by observing and analyzing what the best thing you can do for them is. It is effective as you find
the right position for yourself as an educator.

1. Identifying the needs of the student is very crucial in identifying what they need as a
learner to come up with the sequential phenomenon of teaching. You may not be
able to help an individual if the absence of primary necessities has occurred. Learners
must be given an identifiable need to eradicate slow learners.

2. Assessing current skills develops cognitive development through a teacher who


assesses student growth and knowledge by the time spent teaching-learning. Students
should not only be criticized but also evaluated in terms of what improvements they
could make to improve their capabilities. A proper way of assessing students could
massively impact their holistic self-learning.

3. Formulating goals must be settled to ensure that there are motivations for the
enrichment of every learner. It sets things to solve necessary objectives and goes with
the systematic pattern of teaching-learning. It also shows the path of going through
the border and brings students into the reality of knowing everything they prepared
for.

4. Selective strategical techniques are being enhanced and improved in every school all
over the Philippines and even globally. Selecting new strategical techniques could
enhance students’ ability to experience newly improvised techniques they would like
most. In reality, having more strategic techniques is mostly better to have. Teachers
and students could have engaging interactions and lessons throughout.

5. Developing materials is one of the most vital ways to interpret, facilitate, and
communicate ideas for teachers and students. Providing instructional materials is a
way of improving students’ knowledge and achievement.

6. Evaluating ideas is not just judging an individual based on the performance he or she
makes. It is about judging with care to help him, or she achieve what he or she must do.
Individuality is distinct. We must always consider things that matter, not only things that
we like. Evaluation makes sense because it gives important to students’ learning.
