Work Order Description:

As part of the ORACLEHELP-12605 change, need to update site address for “iRobot (Shanghai) Ltd.” Customer from
"上海市徐汇区陕西南路 288 号 28 层 2814-16 室 to 上海市徐汇区长乐路 989 号世纪商贸广场 9 楼 09-161-09-163 室" and
“iRobot Shanghai Sales” location address from "Address 1: Room 2814-16, Address 2: Two ICC ,No.288,South
ShaanXi Road to Address 1: Room 09-161-09-163, Address 2: 9F, Century Business Plaza, 989 Changle Road, Xuhui,
in Production.

This document describes the installation steps to move the changes to the instances as per WO requirement.

Step 1: Navigation INV Setup-iRobot SetupOrganizationsLocations

Query the Location: iRobot Shanghai Sales

Click on Address:
Address Line 1 Room 09-161-09-163,
9F, Century Business Plaza, 989 Changle Road,
Address Line 2 Xuhui,

Click on Ok and Save the changes

2. Update Customer “iRobot (Shanghai) Ltd.” Site address

Responsibility: SH AR Customer Only – iRobot

Navigation: Customers > Standard

Enter Customer Name: iRobot (Shanghai) Ltd. & Registry Id: 101992 then click on Go

Click on Details icon from Create Account section

Scroll down from the page and click on Details icon from Create Site section

Update the Address1 from 海市徐汇区陕西南路 288 号 28 层 2814-16 室 to 上海市徐汇区长乐路 989 号世纪商贸广场 9
楼 09-161-09-163 室 and then click on Save and Apply.
