Reflection

I have discovered that the importance of an inclusion program cannot be

underestimated, as it ensures that children with special needs have the same
opportunities as other children, making them more capable and receptive. Not only
will this law inspire special-needs children, but it will also inspire their parents, who
serve as the basis for their fundamental morals and education. Clearly, one of the
essential components a person needs to develop their personality is academic
and social learning. I have noticed that the additional learning they receive in their
regular education classes helps them develop their skills, discover new ideas, and
invest in their education, which is a wealth that can never be taken from them. The
essence of recognizing one's past contributions to the community, embracing
one's personal differences, and empowering oneself to compete, provides one's
contribution to society's needs more value. I am confident that this legislation will
result in significant improvements for people with disabilities (PWD). This law will
operate as intended with the proper use of resources, and action is being
coordinated to develop programs that are specifically targeted at meeting their
various requirements. In my belief, this will ensure that no child is left behind.

Essay

The process of offering individualized guidance and assistance to students with

impairments or learning challenges is known as special education. Every special
education student will have a unique plan based on their needs, talents, and
aspirations because it is intended to be need-based and individualized. Special
education's goal is to support both teachers and students with impairments. Its
goal is to develop the academic and developmental abilities needed to be
successful and independent learners, not necessarily to impart knowledge of the
course material. Contrarily, inclusive education involves teaching kids with
disabilities alongside their counterparts without impairments in the same
classroom. All students are intended to use it. Since each student develops and
learns in a unique way, inclusive education is based on the idea that no one fixed
teaching approach or learning style can guarantee the success of every student.
Children with disabilities must also have their needs met in the regular classroom;
inclusive education goes beyond simply including these students. Customizable
curricula that have been created with varied learners in mind are necessary for
implementing inclusive education.
