The Queen Returns

Twas the night before halloween,

and all through the night there was not a

single person in sight. Oddly enough, I kept

hearing weird noises from my attic all night.

I was too scared to check it out, so I made

my brother do it. He went upstairs and

never returned… This scared the living crap

out of me, so I ran to my mom and told her that my brother went missing. She thought I

was kidding, so I decided to be a hero and go find my brother. I creeped up the stairs

and tripped while walking up. When I tripped I scraped my knee and found so much

blood coming from the scrape. I quickly found a dirty sheet on the ground, and wrapped

it around my knee. I did this knowing that it could possibly get infected, but it was all I

had to stop the bleeding. Next thing I knew I heard a scream when I was getting closer

to the attic. I knew the voice, it was so familiar. I walked into the attic and found the

Queen’s ghost hovering over my brother's corpse. My brother was lifeless, then I saw

his ghost come from his body and many corgis ghosts came out to cover him.These

corgis were not your normal everyday living corgis though, they had razor sharp teeth

and had the bark of a German Shepherd. They started barking and growling and

eventually they started chasing me. I quickly ran down the stairs leaving the attic and

ran full force into my mom. She then looked at me as if I was losing my mind and asked

“What the heck are you doing?! You are annoying the shit out of me!” I then looked

behind me and saw the Queen flying towards me so I ducked out of the way and she
flew into my mother. I was horrified and I knew that I had to find help. The only one that

could help my mother now was the local priest. I called him over and he came straight

away. He started setting up for his exorcism then he started chanting and screaming at

my poor mother in Latin. He chanted, “Acta deos numquam mortalia fallunt!” Then after

chanting I saw the ghost leave through the front door and my brother fell through the

ceiling from the attic. Turns out the Queen left a note saying she just wanted a chess

match and some tea.
