Product Development Meeting:

O-Scope Model 2.0

The product development meeting regarding the new stethoscope model, the O-Scope 2.0, was
conducted virtually on October 4, 2022 at 9:30 p.m. via MS Teams. The Board of Directors of
Digi-Acoustics were all present to discuss the new features, medical benefits, and marketing
strategy of the said product.

The technical aspects of the O-scope 2.0 were discussed by Ms. Trisha Anne Carla Bagasbas, the
Design and Technical head. She explained about the changes and additional features that were
made to the new stethoscope model and the relevance of these components.

For the medical benefits of the O-scope 2.0, the Medical Head, Ms. Cherrybelle Balatbat, talked
about the product’s advantages when it comes to accuracy in documenting the patient’s health
information. Product test results to support these claims were shown afterwards.

As the meeting advances, the Sales and Finance Head, Ms. Donielle Bien, started to emphasize
the marketing and cost of production to which she addressed the cost per product and the
average market prices of the stethoscope. Results of the product survey were also mentioned.

Ms. Jirehlyn Bertulfo, the CEO, officially gave her message before the meeting was adjourned.
She took time to express her gratitude towards the speakers for taking part in talking about the
new product.

When the meeting came to a conclusion, all of the Board of Directors approved to the proposed
ideas and agreed of when to release the product.

The meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
