1. Title screen (no audio)
2. VO: “To set up the camera, you must
first take it out of its case.”
3. VO: “The camera can be zoomed in
and focused as shown respectively.”
4. VO: “By unlocking the button, you can
see where the SD card will go. You
also lock it this way. You can turn on
the camera by switching it here. The
screen will illuminate on the other
side.”
5. VO: “When actually inserting the SD
card, make sure the picture is facing
the opposite of you.”
6. VO: “To adjust the iris, you can slide
the dial to let more or less light in.”
7. VO: “Now to set up the tripod.”
8. VO: “When setting up the tripod,
unclasp the legs and extend them to
the desired height.”
9. VO: “Extend the neck too.”
10. VO: “Always make sure your tripod is
level!”
11. VO: ”It should look as shown.”
12. VO: “For adjustments, there are a
series of knobs that can be adjusted
to your liking. Extend the arm as
shown.”
13. VO: “Unlock the base and slide the
camera in from the arm side of the
tripod. You should hear a click.”
14. VO: “Here you can adjust the pan.
(pause) You can also adjust the tilt.”
15. VO: “By loosening the drag, you can
have much smoother control.”
16. “Congratulations on setting up a
camera and tripod!”

down and taking the camera out of its
case.
3. CU: Close up of Makari adjusting the
zoom and focus knobs on the front of
the camera.
4. CU: Close up of Makari’s hands as he
first opens the SD tray, points at it,
and then closes it. Makari will then
rotate the camera to turn the switch
that turns on the camera and the
screen lights up.
5. CU: The voiceover follows the
previous close up after he is done with
the SD card tray.
6. IS: Insert shot of the screen of the
camera and Makari uses his hand to
rotate the knob that adjusts the iris.
The viewer will be able to see the
screen getting darker/brighter.
7. MFS: Medium full shot of Makari
standing and holding the tripod, as
well as unclamping the legs.
8. FS: Full shot of Makari unclamping
the legs of the tripod and extending
them outward, then he rotates the
tripod and does the next leg.
9. CU: Close-up of the tripod’s neck as
makari unscrews the neck, extends it
upwards, and then rescrews it back in
to lock it.
10. CU: Close-up of the tripods level
check.
11. Insert: insert shot of the finished tripod
as the camera pans around it and
Makari holds out his hands to display
it.
12. CU: Close-up of Makaris hands while
he unlocks the arm and tilts it,
afterwards he relocks it.
13. MS: Medium shot of the camera
mount on the left third of the shot and
 makari sliding the camera on on the
right third of the shot.
14. MCS: Medium-close shot of Makari
unlocking the pan on the camera and
then adjusting it to move the camera
side to side.
15. MCS: On a medium-close shot of the
other side of the tripod, Makari
unlocks and then adjusts the fluid
knob to adjust the tilt.
16. FS: In the final full shot, Makari gives
a thumbs up with the completed
camera and tripod in front of him.
