Definition of Terms
Brand Awareness. This term refers to the familiarity of consumers with a particular product or
service (Kopp, 2022). In this study, brand awareness refers to an engagement in which
individuals learn about your business, either through the posts of their friends or through
personal referrals.
Business Growth. a phenomenon that happens when business owners, personnel, and external
variables affect a company's success (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021). In this study, business growth
refers to the stage where a business has grown to the point of seeking for new ways to boost profits.
Customers. This term refers to a person who acquires a good or service, typically someone with
