DEFINITION OF TERMS

Brand Awareness. This term refers to the familiarity of consumers with a particular product or

service (Kopp, 2022). In this study, brand awareness refers to an engagement in which

individuals learn about your business, either through the posts of their friends or through

personal referrals.

Business Growth. a phenomenon that happens when business owners, personnel, and external

variables affect a company's success (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021). In this study, business growth

refers to the stage where a business has grown to the point of seeking for new ways to boost profits.

Customers. This term refers to a person who acquires a good or service, typically someone with

a particular distinguishing quality (Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, 2022). In this study,

customers are the supporters of a company if it produces excellent goods and demonstrates that it

values its customers.

Internal Stakeholders. This term refers to those who have direct interest in a company, such as

by employment, ownership, or investment (Fernando, 2022). In this study, internal stakeholders

support businesses' commitment and production of high-quality products that provide a positive

customer experience.

Quality Assurance. This term refers to a part of quality management that makes sure that

everybody is doing everything properly in every stage of the production process (Jones, 2018). In

this study, quality assurance refers to a system that ensures that all aspects of a project, service,

or facility are consistently monitored and evaluated in order to ensure they meet the highest

standards of quality.

Quality Service. This phrase describes how to interact politely and kindly with clients and

customers (YourDictionary, 2016). In this study, quality service refers to the comparing of

services and how it will meet the expectations of customers.

Word Of Mouth. This term refers to the process of informing others about a specific product or

service, usually because you believe it is good and want to encourage them to try it (Cambridge

Dictionary, 2018). In this study, word of mouth refers to a strategy that relies on consumers'

recommendations of specific businesses to their friends and family.
