What is source to process job

Source-to-pay (S2P) is a process that starts with finding, negotiating with, and contracting the supplier of
goods, and culminates or conclude in final payment for those goods.

Answering the question for Source to pay process position

Since of my experience as a department administrator, I believe I am capable of working as a source to
pay process because I can say that I have completed all of the work that has been assigned to me, even
if I am no longer covering or associated with the job I do. And also I experience some difficult situation in
my recent company before that I resolve.

What is your greatest Fear?

I would say that my greatest fear is speaking in public. I find when I am around other people, I
start to feel anxious. To better my public speaking skills, I started taking a course that teaches
me how to manage my fears and practice talking with others. I've always had a fear of being
wrong.

What is my weakness
I find public speaking intimidating and have often struggled with presentations. As a result, I am
currently taking a public speaking course at a community college to become more confident and
learn to structure a speech more effectively.

How you cope with your fear

For instance, someone with a fear of public speaking might say that they took communication
classes and practiced presenting whenever they could. While they can admit they still get a little
nervous before presenting, they can affirm that their proactiveness helped them convey their
ideas more efficiently.
How would your most recent manager describe you?
My manager would describe me as dedicated to my work because I deliver on deadlines and
often make myself available after hours when our vendor or supplier need me.
Do you have work Ethics?
I would describe my work ethic as reliable and consistent. I enjoy my work and I find it easy to stay
motivated and productive. I've also noticed that I feel better at the end of the day when I've had a great,
productive day. So, I find it rewarding, too.
