In the story "Love In The Cornhusks", Aida Rivera wrote a love story that happens in reality.

I guess,
Tinang and Amado were not really meant for each other because they have live their lives separately
and they didn't live happily ever after. If ever Tinang had a regret on having a family with Inggo and not
with Amado, she cannot changed everything that had happened already. Moreover, the author wants
the readers to know that we should be sure of our decisions in life. We should always remember that
whichever way we may go, there are no wrong decisions in life, its for us to make it right.

In the story entitled "Love In The Corn Husk",it portrays a sad but a meaningful love story.It is sad
because the characters Amado and Tinang was not able to make their relationship last.Their relationship
did not withstand the test of time because of impatience and the lack of trust. However, I still like this
story because I learned that in a certain relationship, trust and patience are very vital.With these two,
no matter how long lovers should wait,still,the hope will linger in their hearts that one day,their dream
of being together will come true.

The story's moral lesson focuses mostly on the effects of the choices we've made throughout history.
The choices may have an impact on us now as well as in the future. The results of our choice could be
positive or negative. Even though the decision may have hurt us, we should move on because we are
incapable of going back to the past.
