Can we change gender roles and identities of men and women? Why?

Yes because it is already well-received that there’s an unfair distribution between both genders. Both
genders are always being compared to one another in all aspects of life. Having inequalities in society,
where one is higher than the other with extreme bias and unjust. But the world is now taking action to now
change the gender roles and identities of men and women. Because right now, there are many organizations
and programs around the world such as the Gender and Development Program to help fight against the
gender roles of both genders. The downside of this is that this will take a long time to properly implement or
even manifest because these inequalities between genders have been embedded in our history since the dawn
of time. So it will take time to change that could take decades or even centuries. But right now we have
already made a lot of progress and producing many results. So I’m optimistic that we could change the
gender roles and identities and bring equality to both.
