2.3 Networking Modes-In-Band Networking
An Example For In-Band Networking

⚫ The ECC500 connects to the equipment called baseband unit(BBU) of the base transceiver station(BTS)
for in-band communication. The BTS is required to be later than GBSS12.0 and supports in-band
networking.

2.3 Networking Modes-Out-of-Band Networking
IP networking applies to areas where operators have their own reliable and efficient private IP
transmission networks. Operators allocate bandwidth for IP networking as required.

3.2 Bandwidth Requirements
To ensure the normal running of the system, the network bandwidth must meet the requirements of
service data traffic.
Network
Bandwidth Service Unit Remarks
Bandwidth

Southbound Mainstream services 0.3 Mbit/s Bandwidth for performance and alarm data
system ->
(Optional) Video The peak value (25 snapshots per second) is
NetEco 5 Mbit/s

NetEco ->
(Optional) Six times the bandwidth from the southbound
northbound 1.8 Mbit/s
Northbound system to the NetEco
system
As data query is intensive, the bandwidth is
Mainstream services 0.6 Mbit/s estimated to be twice the bandwidth in the
southbound direction.
NetEco ->

100 Mbit/s
playback channels
(Optional) GIS map 2 Mbit/s Assume that all 1000 sites are loaded to the UI.
