According to jack’s perspective that Eileen is not a valuable to the team. She consistently has the
relevant information to take into account, is quick to draw clients' attention to advantages or potential
drawbacks, and almost always offers a solution. He wished more workers approached their jobs with the
same attitude that Eileen does. In fact, he frequently questions why it sometimes looks as though Eileen
is the target of hate. He definitely demonstrates a delegating leadership style with Eileen since he sees
her as a resource who is able to do more than is required of her. He also thinks well of her because she
is a member of his IN Group of employees.

Answer-2

The Leader Member Exchange theory contends that all members of the outgroup will experience a lack
of value at work, which will eventually lead to a decline in productivity and be detrimental to everyone
involved. Employees that don't feel like they belong that are termed to feel OUT GROUP.

Casual Variables are decision of management to accomplish a new data security system, The black box's
technology and the organization's structure.
