I have no formal or previous work experience with ADP.

However, since I
received the email that contains my job description. I spend my free time
learning how ADP works, and I was able to watch in YouTube the training
demo of ADP’s paydata integration with ezLaborManager. This is
designed for administrators to ‘Prepare for Payroll’ by checking employee
timecards for exceptions, running payroll reports, and creating electronic
paydata.
Question: How will you deal with an irate employee?

I will remain calm; I will listen to their concerns and I would use effective

Whenever you are dealing with irate person you must remember not to
take things personally, and you must maintain a calm and professional
approach at all time.

I would ask them relevant questions to establish the exact problem and I

payroll, it is likely that you will encounter frustrated employees,especially
in respect of pay and payroll deductions.

Therefore, it is also important to ensure the work you do is both on time


and accurate.
