Groups help fulfill individual needs for it provides social support. Social support where uplift the
moral of individual. Social support through internal forces where group pressure can influence each
individual. In addition, the group lends itself to the utilization of a variety of activities that not only
relate to the group's objectives but also address the needs and interests of the individual members.
Example of this, seminar on Awareness of Homosexuality and Same Sex Attraction were attended
by youth. This seminar will be done in group but the impact will affect individual where it is there
need as they step in the development in their self-identity.
