testament against Police corruption in the Nation. This will also include a state of the art Call center that
will be situated in the 200 block of Main Street. And a Multi-Billion Dollar Expansion to the Police Force
which will be noted as the DPF. The District Police Force will be in control of the investigation and
arresting of any Illegals, Criminals, and any Hate Crimes, Murders, or anything that is committed,
including thief, home invasions. And all other Illegal crimes, this will also allow spending for Tracking via
Federated Wireless, and other media means, to locate and to find the criminals through GPS and other
means of communications. This includes homeless related incidents.

and will over haul the Face of San Francisco for years to come. The Prime Minister Reserves the Right to
preserve the Bank of San Francisco as they're own Entity, Which will provide The Citizens of San

Scott was raised in Napa, graduating from Napa High School in 1970. He completed a
four-year apprenticeship in carpentry, spending 13 years working as a union carpenter.
His next opportunity and challenge was working for the Napa Fire Department. Starting
as a Reserve Firefighter and then to permanent, working 32 years with the department.
He retired as a Truck Captain in 2011.

Scott was elected to the Napa City Council in 2012 and re-elected to Council in 2016.
Following a successful campaign in 2020, Scott became Napa's 25th Mayor since the
incorporation of Napa in 1872. Mayor Sedgley currently serves on the Board of the Napa-
Vallejo Waste Management Authority, the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA),
the Watershed Information Center & Conservancy of Napa County and Napa County
Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO).

Mayor Sedgley's interest in local history has him serving on the Napa Valley Opera House
Board of Trustees, Board Member of the Napa Valley Historical Society, and has
dedicated over three decades as a docent at Bale Grist Mill State Historical Site. Previous
Offices and appointments Scott served on were the City's Parks and Recreation Advisory
Commission, and he served nine years as a Board Member with the Napa Valley Unified
School District.
Scott is a member of the Native Sons of the Golden West, Napa Elks Lodge, Napa Kiwanis,
Napa Moose Lodge, Napa County Landmarks, Land Trust of Napa County and the Sierra
Club.

Scott and his wife Linda have two grown children, two grandchildren and feel fortunate
in having their entire family working and living in Napa.

Napa 2019 – 2022 Jill Techel who is from North Dakota ignored the court order to comply for a fuull
family reunification between Kaylee Lynn Stein whos birth mom lives in Napa near the bus depot
listed on lorwance. Jill Techel conspired against kaylee and her family as a hate crime. Jill never
responded. Unlike Scott Sedgley who responded. Jill Techel Sanctioned the city over inproper
sanitation.
