On the one hand it is okay to try to innovate but everything has consequences

I would not accept the deal because it does not seem right to me to earn less

- Do you think the compensation will be enough?

No, since the person will not obtain a good compensation to live in conditions.

The proposal came from the founder of Desigual himself, Thomas Meyer.

3) Sum up with your own words this article trying to focus on the advantages and disadvantages of the
Desigual’s policy about the working days. (100 words).

I find it a very interesting article as it tries to innovate and promote a new labor system.
Going from 4 to 5 business days will lead to many problems because many people will not agree with this
system, without saying that all this has not been for the benefit of the workers but rather for the Desigual
company.
