The SCHOOL HEAD was in the office for office work around 8:20 am on June 8, 2022, when LYLE JAMES
LERIN, School Head of Cabonbon NHS, came in to submit his DTR, after which we had a brief meeting and
clarifications on school personnel concerns. After then, MR. LERIN went to the faculty office and chatted with the
personnel before finally departing the school. The SCHOOL HEAD was performing his official duties in school as an
instructional leader and administrative manager in accordance with RA 9155, specifically monitoring the priorities
of school personnel on that day, and the two school personnel (MRS. TRIPOLI and MRS. PEREZ) were physically
present at the time. In fact, the SCHOOL HEAD and MRS. PEREZ greeted each other outside the faculty office.

According to RUEL T. ANTONIO, School Administrative Officer, at approximately 8:54 a.m., JOAN MARIE SOL
B. TRIPOLI, MR. TRIPOLI (Spouse), and MIRAFLOR J. PEREZ met with him (MR. ANTONIO) at the Grade 10
Curriculum Area to discuss their personal grievances against the SCHOOL HEAD, and they handed over MRS.
PEREZ's resignation letter as LIS and BEIS Coordinator. Said letter had a mobile phone number at the back for the
SCHOOL HEAD to call up within 3 hours to make settlements, or else if not attended to, they will pursue their
alleged charges to the SCHOOL HEAD and then they left the school without seeking permission. The SCHOOL HEAD
had a strong desire to speak with them in person, but they were nowhere to be located. In fact, a brief meeting
was held on June 6, 2022, in accordance with Office Memorandum No. 007, s. 2022 to express their concerns
regarding reclassification of all personnel's positions and to follow office procedure – respect the office if they did
not respect the head of office, because the public good is more important than personal interest.

By 10:00 a.m. and onwards, BERNABE M. ALICAYA, Public Schools District Supervisor, and a group of school
heads had arrived for an official visit and had witnessed that such personnel were not at school at that time. As
part of our mandate to deliver accessible, responsive, and high-quality education to the entire community, the
school administration is continually looking out for the public interest.

To God be all the glory and honor!
