Portulin National High School – Junior High School joins the Brigada
Pagbasa as a form of Brigada Eskwela is an after-school reading program in
response to Hamon: Bawat Bata Bumabasa or DepEd 3B Initiative issued under
DM 173, s. 2019. PNHS believes that Brigada Pagbasa serves as a platform to
synergize education-related endeavors that immediately addresses literacy and
numeracy learning gaps.

In line with the Division Memorandum 501, s. 2022 known as Division

Guidelines in the 2022 Brigada Pagasa Best Implementing School, Portulin National
High School – Junior High School expresses its humble intention to participate in
the Brigada Pagbasa Best Implementing School (Secondary JHS - Medium School
Category). We are hoping for your acceptance for our intention to join the above
mentioned school competition.
