As a global citizen, how can you reduce inequality?

In our current course, we have deposited in our memory bank that, The 10th Sustainable Development
Goal (SDG10) aims to eliminate disparities based on income, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation,
race, class, ethnicity, religion, and opportunity by 2030. Up until now, Inequality is totally rampant,
which became a significant impediment to long-term economic expansion In contrast to poverty, which
is a traithat can be defined at the individual level, while inequality is a relational notion that refers to
discrepancies between persons or groups and encompasses a variety of dimensions.

Before we can minimize global inequality, We must first comprehend its causes and implications, which
can be complicated and intertwined with social, economic, political, and environmental systems and
resources. We all know that most observable inequality is gender inequality, we must respect the new
genders thar are arising, and also empower women and create opportunities for all genders. One of the
strongest factor that can give off significant change among society is to educate the person that is
around you, through education, you create communication and bond, with these, we didn’t only
educate but we also learned on how that person is living most especially its culture and status. In this
way, we can learn about their situation we can formulate actions that would provide them
empowerment. If you consider yourself a well rounded citizen, you are also considered as a good
example, that would irradicate inequality, since the people that is surrounding you would be challenged
to imitate, and that imitation would create a ripple that could reach boundaries.

Lastly, since internet and social media are already an easy access to almost every individual, and as a
global citizen we are encouraged to use this as a tool to create empowerment, to discourage inequality,
and to become an advocate not only for the current population but also for the upcoming generation.
