An ex student of Master's Human Sciences in Psychology with specialization in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). I have experience to collect, record, analyze,
interpret and present the data related project-task. During my study, I also have experience to conducted job
analysis, job description frameworks, training need analysis (TNA), Organizational Change and Development and
writing its reports. I like to learn about human resource, so far I actively join and attend some various class and
workshop related human resource to enhance my knowledges, skills abilities. Additionally, I also Certified
Recruitment and Selection Officer by BNSP tested date 18th September 2022.
