Narrative Report
ON THE CONDUCT OF CAREER GUIDANCE ORIENTATION
OF GRADE 10 LEARNERS
ON SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TRACKS AND STRANDS
S.Y. 2020-2021

On June 30, 2021, the online orientation of Grade 10 learners on Senior High School
tracks and strands as part of the Career Guidance Program was conducted. This year’s career
guidance orientation differs from the previous years. This is due to the present situation where
in the learning modality and orientation is done through online platforms.
As a newly assigned guidance designate of Junior High School, I used the messenger to
orient the learners about the different tracks and strands of Senior High School. I sent the link of
the career guidance video for grade 10 learners and parents in our messenger group chat which
I created. It was developed by the Bureau of Curriculum Development in partnership with
SEAMEO Innotech.
