STEPS IN VACCINATION STATUS TAGGING OF LEARNERS IN THE LIS

1. Log in to your individual account for JHS; school account for SHS.
2. Go to your Masterlist / Class List.
3. Click Profile for JHS; View Profile for SHS. ---- found at the right most side of
each name of the learner.

4. Look for Update other Data then click.

5. Scroll down, look for Vaccination. Fill either Yes or No.

6. If yes, fill the dates of vaccination.
7. Save.
