BUSINESS ACTIVITIES—Dynamic Group is engaged in manufacture and

Export of steel components of Oil Field industry since last 15 years. The
manufacturing activities undertaken by the Group includes Closed Forgings,
Upset Forgings, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, Machining, Painting etc.
Moreover there is full proof Quality Inspection Department with all testing
facilities. The front company of the Group is Dynamic Flow Products Pvt.
Ltd. VASAI. This company is exporting the products to USA, Dubai and
other countries. It has API Licences for products such as Hammer Unions,
Ring Gaskets, Swivel Joints, Pup Joints, Plug Valves etc.

MANAGEMENT :--

DYNAMIC GROUP has been promoted by Mr. Pankaj Shah and Mr. Kantilal
.C Shah.

DYNAMIC INDUSTRIAL FORGINGS PVT LTD is engaged in production of

Carbon and Alloy Steel Forgings since last 13 years. The brief details about
the company are given below:

2. Factory : Located at K-2 Additional M.I.D.C., Murbad, Dist--Thane in

Maharashtra State. Plot of Land 5100 Sq Mts. Factory Building 14000
Sq Ft.

3. Plant Capacity :- Presently there are two Hammer lines of

production namely 1.5 Ton Hammer & 3.00 Ton Hammer. Other
equipment to support the Forging production are Cutting Machines,
Furnaces, Trimming Presses. The installed capacity for both the
Hammers together is 400 Tons per month of Steel Forging. The plant
can do Forging job up to 40 Kg. weight per piece.

4. Heat Treatment :-- The company has installed the continues Heat
Treatment Plant as well as Shot Blasting Machine in the factory.
Hence the forged components requiring heat treatment & shot
blasting can be done in house.

5. Production :-- The company has been doing forging production of

various profile jobs. Components required in Oil Field Industry & Pipe
Fitting are forged on regular basis. These forged components are
ultimately for Export market, thus has quality acceptance
internationally.

6. The company is a member of Association of Indian Forging Industry -

The company has set up Upset Forgings plant at Wada, Dist Thane. The
company has installed 6” Upsetter with supporting equipments such as
Induction Heaters, Cutting Machines, CNC Lathes, Grinding Machines etc.

PROJECT

The details of project are as under:-

1. Location – Plot Survey No. 24/3(P) & 25/4 at Village – Vasuri

(Khurd) – Behind Blue Star Factory, Tal- Wada Dist Palghar,
Maharashtra.

2. Land—Area of 3.25 Acres

3. Factory Building—Presently the factory building is of 2300 sq. meters

of constructed area and later on the same will be extended based on
expansion plans.

4. Plant & Machinery --- 1) 6” Upsetter with Furnace and supporting

Equipments installed.

3) 2no.CNC Lathes
4) 2no.manual lathe
5. Electric Installation---The plant has connected electric load of 425
KW.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

The Unit will have Production capacity of Pup Joints production as under---

Installed Capacity – Three Shift Basis-- 5000 Nos Joints per month.

Utilization of Capacity – Three Shift Basis—1500 Nos Joints per month

The Capacity utilization is shown at 30% of Installed Capacity. However this

can be raised depending upon Pup Joint or other components order
position.
Upset Forging --Other products – The company can take up jobs for
upset forgings of Automobile components and other engineering industries.
There is a team of experienced and well qualified Engineers to undertake
forgings of all types of components.

Exports-

The Company has mainly two overseas customers – namely- American

Block Company, Houston, USA and ABCO Middle East Dubai. Both these
customers have been regularly buying Pup Joints from Dynamic Flow
Products Pvt. Ltd. since last many years.

The company is engaged in manufacturing and export of Steel forged and

machined components of Hammer Union, Swivel Joints, Integral Pup Joints,
Ring Gaskets etc mainly required in Oil Field and Drilling industries. The
company purchases the forged components mainly from its Associate
concern namely, Dynamic Industrial Forgings Pvt. Ltd having factory at
MIDC Murbad in Thane District. The said company is doing forging
production exclusively for DFPPL. Apart from this, the forged components
are manufactured on job work basis from other forging units in Nashik and
Rajkot. to whom DFPPL supplies the Raw Material and gets the forged
components manufactured as per Drawings and dimensions. The forged
components are then sent for Heat Treatment and Machining to various
units at Navi Mumbai and Vasai who are regularly doing job for the
company. DFPPL has also set up Machine shop to do the machining of
components in house. The company has installed CNC Lathes and a 5 Axis
Machine imported from Germany. In addition to this, the company has also
installed Lathes machines to do roughing work. The Machined components
are painted and assembled in company’s work shop at Vasai and after
inspection and quality approval the same are exported.

3. Manufacturing Facilities :--

 i) Machining -- The factory has got full fledged Machining facility to
machine the forged components. The Machining is done on CNC Lathes.
The company has also installed a 5 Axix Machine – imported from
Germany. Machining of profile jobs is done on this machine. Apart from this,
there are manual lathes, drilling & boring machines. List enclosed.

ii) Painting – The painting of products of Hammer Unions and Pup Joints /
Swivel Joints is done in house. The painting booths are installed and spray
painting is conducted.

iii) Testing & Assembly – Pressure Testing machines are installed for testing
the pressures Assembly of products is also done in house and all the
required tooling and equipments are available.

4. EXPORTS:-

Major portion of DFPPL Turnover is in Exports to American Block Company

of Houston, USA, which is having strong base in Oil Field Business in USA
and other countries. DFPPL is the only Indian supplier of Oil Field
Components to American Block Company. DFPPL also supplies to the
Branches I Distributors of American Block Company in Canada, Europe and
Singapore.

DFPPL is also supplying regularly to M/s ABCO Middle East FZE of Dubai
since last three years. Dubai is a growing market for these products of Oil
Field Industry.

5. DOMESTIC MARKET :--

The components manufactured by the company are sold in local market to
reputed companies such as ONGC at its various locations in India, John
Energy Ltd, Mehsana, Gujarat. In addition to these parties the company also
supplies to customers such as Ocean Marine , Mumbai.
