UNIT 5 – Free Time (pages 43 – 52)

2. What activities do you do in your free time? How often do you go out? When do you usually go out? Where
do you go? Who do you go out with?
3. How many hours of TV/Netflix do you watch a week? Do you watch TV/Netflix on your phone or tablet?
Do you think you watch too much TV/Netflix?
4. Do you check your Instagram and WhatsApp as soon as you wake up in the morning? Do you spend a lot
of time on your social network and hardly ever see your friends? How much time do you spend online
every day? Is it more than six hours?
5. What kind of phone do you have? What do you use your phone for? Do you use your phone everywhere?

UNIT 6 – Neighborhoods (pages 53 – 62)

7. What’s there in your neighborhood? What’s not there? Make a list.

13. Take one of your favorite pictures and answer the following questions: Where are you? What’s the
weather like? Who are you with? What are you doing or what is happening in the picture?

UNIT 8 – Shopping (pages 75 – 84)

14. What do you like to wear at home? Does your best friend have to wear a uniform to school or work? What
are you wearing right now? Say the colors.
15. Do you have to buy new clothes? What do you have to get? What colors? How much money do you want
to spend? Which stores do you want to go to?
16. How much does your favorite smartphone cost?

Be sure to include pictures in your presentation. This work should be no longer than 2 pages (without
the pictures). It must be in English, handwritten, and punctuated correctly.
