LEARNING COMPETENCIES/ OBJECTIVES

At the end of the cycle, student should be able to:
 Identify the components of the nervous, endocrine, and reproductive systems.
ELICIT (10 minutes)
The learners will answer the Pre-Assessment “Odd Science 10 Learner’s

2. How will you explain the body reactions when you
are under stressful situations? (seeing a ghost)

processing center for the entire nervous system
while the Peripheral Nervous System connects the
Central Nervous System to the organs and the
limbs.
 The Endocrine System consists of glands that
secrete chemicals called hormones which control
various body processes. The major glands in the
body are the pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid,
thymus, adrenal, pancreas, ovaries and testes.
