Communication in terms of education Is significant to the students and teachers. Educations and knowledge
that build behind the appropriate learning strategies and approach of the teachers is essentials to deliver the
concept of learning ideas and thoughts in the learning stage and process of the students. Management in the matter
of learning is the way to conserved the energy and time to be able to be well organize and save the time and effort
that teachers are about to consume during lecturing and sharing knowledge to the students. The contributions of
classroom management is that the students and teachers are being connected in something that both are benefit in
terms of gaining knowledge and help for the betterment in teaching and learning. It is also considered as integral
part of curriculum implementation because through classroom management lessons are more effective and
enjoyable to the students as well as to the teachers. Thus it is really helpful to the students as their guide in
succeeding their goals as professional someday in their chosen career. Moreover, classroom management helps
the teachers to set their plans in motivating students despite to the challenges that the students and teachers
encountered. In addition this kind of system and approach are effective because in creating systematic learning
environment they increase the number of student success and enhance the students academic performance,
academic skills and learning competencies, as well as their social, moral aspects and the development of their
emotions. In short, classroom management is described as an integral part of curriculum implementation that
establish and sustains the systematic learning environment for the students and creates great opportunities for
academic learning and cater social and emotional development that may also resulted of reduced negative and
unnecessary behavior and converted to the students and teachers devotions to the lessons and somehow allowing
them to engage in relevant, meaningful activities that ca be aligned to the real situations in human life.
