STATEMENT OF THE NEED

In the year 2019, a pandemic emerges known as "Coronavirus." According to

(Wikipedia Contributors, 2022), coronavirus has first recognized from an outbreak in the

Chinese city of Wuhan in December 2019. It spreads and transmits rapidly from one

person to another through the air, objects, contact with another person, et al. The

pandemic brings about more than 337 million cases and 5.56 deaths, making it one of

the deadliest in history.

In December 2020, vaccines were made, approved, and widely distributed in

various countries. However, there are upcoming and ongoing concerns. The writers are

appointed to address the concern regarding netizens who are not receiving genuine

notice on schedules and sites with regards to vaccinations. In addressing the concern,

the writers' objectives are to deliver decent service to every citizen, especially to seniors

and PWD's, in addition, to those who don't have appliances and don't have access to

the online world. The writers have prepared solutions that will accommodate everyone

and every community that will ease each one; when a community is in a state of

peace, it can share that peace with neighboring communities. — Dalai Lama

In a community, there is a head or leader with subordinates responsible for

handing a decent service such as managing and fulfilling an individual's demands to

attain a healthy - physically, socially, and mentally, peaceful and disciplined

community. However, complications occur when the responsible ones are inconsistent,

prioritize people who reward them privately for their services, or their plate is full,

causing unconsciousness on other matters; on the other hand, some people don't

validate others. In that case, the writers formed suitable and achievable solutions that

will aid the mentioned concern, such as: allowing volunteers to help out and propose,

having someone in charge of broadcasting legitimate information to notify everyone,

especially those who don't have appliances and don't have access to the online world,

additionally; making pub mats, signage, or outdoor letters, at the same time, eliminate

those who are in their positions they don't well earned.

Project Activity

Title: Vaccine Broadcasting: Understanding for Adequate Addressing

Vaccine Broadcasting: Understanding for Adequate Addressing is the plan of

action that the writers imposed. In this project, they are targeting not just a single

community; but all around, if possible. The writers' essential is to implement communities

where citizens' rights and demands are not being asked but given voluntarily. In a

community, some individuals invest their time learning and gathering knowledge on

how to address and offer decent services with pure intentions. Through the mentioned

action plan, having a healthy - physically, socially, and mentally, the peaceful and

disciplined community would be achievable that will benefit each one.

Scenario:

The head or leader with their subordinates will give the services with pure intentions

voluntarily that the citizens deserve; as a result, the citizens will give their trust to those

people who are on duty.

Outcomes

1) Physical – individuals know how far the other wants to go based on open

communication, and they feel comfortable communicating with each other if

something changes or needs to be changed.

2) Social – positive and appropriate behaviors.

DISSEMINATION

Lack of notice or information regarding the site and schedule for vaccination is

one of the community issues nowadays. Moreover, it gets further complicated due to

different vaccine registration methods. Response measures should thus take the

opportunity to promote equity by giving notice to the concerns of every citizen.

The first sample poster is an online announcement regarding the step-by-step

process for vaccine registration online. The second sample poster is another approach

for citizens via placing outdoor messages on poles or distributing flyers. Lastly, the third

sample poster is those heads or leaders with their subordinates and volunteers are

announcing the details and information personally in every street of the community.
