1 The grout code number and color ensured by tile

in-charge.
2 Mortar pan and trowel cleaned & washed before
starting grouting.
3 Tile joints have been thoroughly cleaned of dust
and mortar before grouting.
4 Tiled surface clean and even before grouting.
5 Are the joint surface and grout color uniform.
6 The mix ratio is as per the specification for grout.
7 Is the grout mix thoroughly using mechanical
stirrer?
8 Is the grout applied with rubber piece / wiper /
rubber finishing board inside the joints?
9 The excess grout removed cleaned thoroughly in a
circular motion with wet sponge.
10 After drying, the whole area cleaned with dry cloth
and covered with plastic sheet.
11 Touchup work started only after grouting is
finished.
12 The grout filling done properly with no protrusion
from the tile surface.
13 The grouting on the wall–wall junction finished up
to the corner.
