culture and indigenous etiquette, great industrial production and a greatness of

A place blessed with astonishing natural environment along with the the people in
the city with a background of transcendence, inner light, and true spirituality made
Pagadian city even greater.
Indeed, Pagadian is one of the rising cities in tourism.

• Welcome to the celebration of World Tourism Month with the theme,

“Rethinking Tourism”.

• We all know that tourism is a rapidly growing industry across the globe. And
the beauty of Pagadian turns heads and had foreigners flock the city and
boosted the tourism in our humble community.

• To rethink tourism, tonight, we will witness the cultural variety show

showcasing our rich, vibrant and diverse culture.

To formally commence tonight’s momentous event, let us all invoke the

presence of the Almighty through an invocation, to be followed by the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the Pagadian Hymn by none
other than the pride of JHCSC, Dan Ag Chorale.

JHCSC as part of the Pagadian community has been providing quality tertiary
education for many decades. JHCSC takes part in the public higher education
institution in serving the ASEAN community with quality, innovative and
culture-sensitive programs. JHCSC offers various advanced programs that in
the pursuit of improving the socio-economic well-being of identified
communities. JHCSC is the one of the makers of skilled and competent
professionals in the city.

It’s not just JHCSC ra, it’s JHCSC na!

And, without a doubt, JHCSC’s excellence and greatness are rooted from the
dedicated officials whose passion made JHCSC even greater.

performers of tonight’s cultural variety.
BUSWAK DANCE ENSEMBLE with their Artistic Director Sir JOSEPH B.
SALIMBANGON
The Buswak Dance Ensemble is the official dance company of JH Cerilles State
College. Started in 2019, the group was named "Buswak', a Visayan word meaning
to overflow, a showing of the passion and desire for learning innate of each
student-dancer. This troupe of homegrown talents has converged to bring pride
and honor to the institution. Despite the inexperience BUSWAK DANCE ENSEMBLE
in the competitive scene, they managed to make name for the College, bagging
numerous awards and recognitions. With a vision to instill in the students a deep
appreciation for the arts and culture sensitivity through the showcase of both
modern and traditional dance disciplines, they are continuously establishing
linkages with various dance institutions and worthwhile dialogue and exchanges
with other dance groups. The group is sincerely committed to sway steadfast to
more opportunities in the future amidst the changing times.

Ladies and Gentlemen, one of the prides of JHCSC, the Buswak Dance
Ensemble.

Thank you so much. I can see why Buswak Ensemble always shines in every
competition. They always perform from the heart and with a purpose. Truly
mesmerizing.

 Let’s take a break for a while and let us lend our ears, hearts and mind as a
remarkable individual will render to us a message. Ladies and gentlemen,

Ariosa.

Wow, I’m running out of words to perfectly describe the performances

tonight. Amazing? Perfect? Splendid? I guess they are not enough. I believe
uuwi tayong busog na busog ang mga mata.

Now, let us be graced by a message from our last keynote speaker for
tonight’s event. Everyone, a hand please for Honorable Dodong Duterte.

Thank you so much sir. At this point, let us again, be fascinated of the
talented individuals. Let’s give the floor once again, to Buswak Adance

And that’s a wrap for tonight’s event. What a wonderful night to witness the
talented individuals in our community. And I guess, this is one of the happy
endings, uuwi tayong masaya after this event.

The JHCSC System would like to express its deepest gratitude to the City
Government of Pagadian for inviting us on this momentous event. Most
specially to the city Mayor and key individuals in the city.
