AFFIDAVIT OF KINSHIP
I, CARMENCITA NOBLEZA, of legal age, widow, Filipino, and a resident of
Brgy. Dungon C, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the wife and one of the compulsory heirs of the late Augusto Nobleza,
the registered owner of a property known as Lot 597, with an area of 1,569 square
meters, situated at Brgy. Damo-ong, Janiuay, Iloilo, Philippines, and covered by Tax
Declaration No. 21-0035-00141;

2. Sometime on 04 March 2019, I was informed that a public auction sale was
previously conducted over the aforementioned property, without my knowledge,
hence, in order not to deprive me and my other co-heirs of the aforementioned
property, I intend to redeem the said property;

3. I am executing this Affidavit of Kinship to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and to support my application for the redemption of the aforementioned
property;
