    AFFIDAVIT OF
    NON-PRESENTATION OF THE ORIGINAL
    WE, SPOUSES RHYAN & ROSELYN MONTAÑEZ, both of legal age, married,
    Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. Libertad, Banate, Iloilo, Philippines, after having
    been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

    1. A Deed of Absolute Sale dated 23 November 2018 has been executed by


    Marayo Bank Inc. (A Rural Bank) in our favor, over a parcel of land known as Lot
    439, PLS-772-D, Banate, Iloilo, with an area of 11,064 square meters, and covered by
    TCT No. 090-2014008680, of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Iloilo;

    2. The Deed of Absolute dated 23 November 2018 has been duly notarized
    by Notary Public Atty. Mateo A. Valenzuela, under Doc. No. 476, Page No. 96; Book
    No.___; Series of 2018. An original copy thereof was duly submitted to the Bureau of
    Internal Revenue, Iloilo City;

    3. And we have kept a copy thereof in our personal files. However,


    sometime on June 2020, we discovered that the original copies of the
    aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale were missing, that despite diligent search
    and effort to locate the same, it can no longer be found. Hence, is hereby declared
    LOST for all intent and purposes;

    4. Presently, we are processing the transfer of title in our favor, however, as


    we have no other copy of the ORIGINAL Deed of Absolute Sale dated 23 November
    2018, we requested for a Certified Photocopy thereof from the Bureau of Internal
    Revenue, Iloilo City. Copy of which is hereto attached and marked as Annex “A”
    hereof;

    5. We are executing this Affidavit of Non-presentation of the Original


    Document to attest the truthfulness of such fact, and to request that we be allowed
    for the non-presentation of the original document, and lieu thereof, a certified
    photocopy from the Bureau of Internal Revenue be accepted;
