AFFIDAVIT
I, LOREN JOYCE M. ADORADOR, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Don T.
Lutero West, Janiuay, Iloilo Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the daughter of Spouses Lorenzo E. Adorador and Loreta M. Adorador;

2. My father Lorenzo E. Adorador is employed as a public utility vehicle driver

since the year 2000 up to the present, while my mother Loreta M. Adorador is working
as Office Cleaner at Bee-Clean Building Maintenance, 22-2 Thorncliffe Park Drive,
Toronto, Ontario M4H 1H2 Canada, and she is a resident of 1107-135 Rose Avenue,
Toronto, Ontario M4X 1P1, Canada;

3. That I am wholly dependent on my mother Loreta M. Adorador for my

subsistence and support for education, food, clothing, accommodation, living expenses,
and all other expenses incident thereto, as evidenced by the remittances I have been
receiving from my mother Loreta M. Adorador, which are hereto marked and attached
as Annexes “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” and “E”;

4. I attained my elementary education at Janiuay Pilot Elementary School

(JPES), Janiuay, Iloilo sometime on April 2001 for the School Year 2000-2001;

5. I enrolled at Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School (CNCHS),

Cabatuan, Iloilo, for my secondary education and graduated sometime on April 12,
2005;

6. I was enrolled at the University of the Philippines Diliman, College of

Engineering, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines, taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering since the First (1st) Semester for the School Year 2005-2006 until the First
(1st) Semester of the School Year 2009-2010. Thereafter, I enrolled during the second (2 nd)
semester of the same school year as a Non-Major under the same college, as evidenced
by my Transcript of Records, hereto attached as Annex “F”;

7. When I was a student in said university, we have two (2) semesters in the
Academic Calendar for each school year aside from a summer class which is optional
for students to take. The first (1 st) semester usually starts on the month of June and ends
sometime on October. The second (2 nd) semester starts on November and ends
sometime on April of the following year. The summer class usually starts sometime on
April and end on the month of May;

8. After the first semester for the school year 2010-2011, I decided to transfer
from the University of the Philippines Diliman, Diliman, Quezon City to Central
Philippine University, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines;

9. Considering the distance and the amount of time necessary to process,

follow-up and transfer all my credentials, and to comply with all the rigorous
requirements for transfer in both universities, I was left with no recourse but to quit and
postpone my enrolment for the second semester, as the school does not accept
transferees with an incomplete credentials coming from the previous school;
 10. However, after I complied with all my requirements for transfer, I enrolled at
the Central Philippine University, College of Engineering, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines,
during the first (1st) semester of the School Year 2011-2012, taking up Bachelor of Science
in Chemical Engineering, as evidenced by the following documents, to wit:

a. Admission Slip for the First Semester of 2011-2012 (Annex “G”);

and
b. Registration Form for the First Semester of 2011-2012 dated June 1,
2011 (Annex “H”);

11. That I am a bona fide student of Central Philippine University, College of

Engineering since the First Semester of the School Year 2011-2012 up to the present, as
evidenced by my Official Transcripts of Record dated September 18, 2014 and a
Certification dated September 18, 2014, issued by the Office of the Registrar, Central
Philippine University, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines, hereto attached and marked as
Annexes “I” and “J”, respectively;

12. Like most of the collegiate universities in the Philippines, Central Philippine
University has an Academic Year which is composed of two (2) semesters. The first (1 st)
semester starts on the month of June and ends sometime on October. The second (2 nd)
semester starts on the month of November and ends sometime on March of the
following year. Summer class is optional for students, which usually starts on the
month of April and ends on the month of May;

13. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to prove my contention and demonstration of continuous education, and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
