EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

BY THE HEIRS

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That ANDREW M. ESTIMO, ADRIAN M. ESTIMO, AL
FRANZ M. ESTIMO, and AYRA MAY M. ESTIMO of legal age, single,
Filipino citizens and with residence at BRGY. MARINGYAN, MIAGAO,
ILOILO, hereby voluntarily:
DECLARE AND MAKE MANIFEST;
1. That they are the legitimate children of their father, FERNADO
P. ESTIMO, who died on March 22, 2019 at the Municipality of
Miagao, province of Iloilo, which was his residence at the time
of his death.
2. That said decedent died without any debts and without leaving
any will, and the only surviving heirs are above-mentioned
ANDREW M. ESTIMO, ADRIAN M. ESTIMO, AL FRANZ M.
ESTIMO, and AYRA MAY M. ESTIMO.
3. That the deceased left the following real properties:
a. A parcel of residential land situated at Sitio 1, Igbaras,
Iloilo designated as Lot No. 10626-E-3 part containing
an area of One Thousand Five Hundred (1500)
square meters bounded on the North by road right of
way; on the East by Lot No. 10626-E-4; on the South by
Lot No. 10626-D; and on the West by Lot No. 10626-E,
covered by ARP No. 2013-11-0011-00632 declared in
the name of Fernando P. Estimo with an assessed value
of P 2, 000, 760.00.
b. A house and lot situated at Brgy. BLISS, Miagao, Iloilo
designated as Lot No. 456898-A-3 part containing an
area of Two Hundred Fifty (150) square meters
bounded on the North by Lot No. 2133-N-1; on the East
by Lot No. 2133-E-2; on the South by road right of way,
and on the West by Lot No. 2133-W-3, covered by ARP
No. 2009-32-4321-9876 declared in the name of
Fernando P. Estimo with an assessed value of P700,
312.00.
4. That the deceased also left P 5, 654, 123.00 worth of cash,
and other personal properties with an approximate value
of P 154, 765.12.
5. That the parties herein have adjudicated the estate of the
decedent among themselves and they have agreed, as they
hereby agree, to divide the parcels of land and the
personal properties equally among themselves, by
partitioning the parcels of land and selling the personal
properties, with the value thereto to be divided equally
among them.
6. That to implement this extra-judicial settlement, the
parties herein have authorized, AYRA MAY M. ESTIMO,
the eldest child of the decedent, as attorney-in-fact to sell

said personal properties, to hire a surveyor to partition
Lot No. 10626-E-3 into four parts, each part to be given to
each of them, and to do all acts that may be required to
implement this extra-judicial settlement.
7. That the parties herein have agreed to equally shoulder
the taxes required to be paid to the government, all costs
and expenses of selling the personal properties and of
partitioning the parcels of land among them, registering
the partition to the end that each of them will get
certificates of title of the portions adjudicated to each of
them, and all other expenses that may be entailed to carry
out this extra-judicial settlement..
8. That attached hereto is a bond and filed with the register
of deeds, in an amount equivalent to the value of the
personal property involved as certified to under oath by
the parties hereto and conditioned upon the payment of
any just claim that may be filed under Section 4 of Rule 74
of the Rules of Court.

EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE BY THE HEIRS, and who
acknowledged to me that the signatures on the instrument were
voluntarily affixed by them for the purposes stated in the instrument, and
declared to me that they have executed the instrument as their free and
voluntary act and deed.

This instrument consists of three (3) pages, including this page


where the acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their
instrumental witnesses at the bottom of the last page and at the left hand
margin of the first page hereof.
