Time Order of Work


10:00 – 10:10 Dress into cook wear and wash hands,
Commence cleaning all working surfaces and
equipment needed, Gather all ingredients
10:10 – 10: 30 Egg Muffins – Peel potatoes and place in pot
to boil, Add eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, salt, black
pepper and cheese in a bowl, Stir and mix
thoroughly, Add mixed vegetables to bowl,
Set aside
Peanut-Banana Smoothie - Prepare and place
all ingredients into blender after measuring,
Blend until mixture is fully combined, Pour in
a container and set to cool in refrigerator
10:30 – 10:50 Egg Muffins – Remove potatoes from pot,
Incorporate 2 tbsp. milk and 3 tbsp. butter with
the potatoes, Grease pan with flour and butter,
Full pan with potato mixture and set in oven to
bake
Specially Spiced Pancakes – Place flour,
baking powder, salt, sugar, ginger, cinnamon
powder, ground cloves and ground nutmeg in
a mixing bowl, Mix dry ingredients together,
Add all wet ingredients with honey in another
mixing bowl and whisk together, Incorporate
wet ingredients with dry ingredients slowly
and mix to combine, Set aside
10:50 – 11:15 Egg Muffins – Take out baked potatoes from
oven, Add the egg mixture as a filling into
each potato cup, Place in oven to bake
Specially Spiced Pancakes – Place frying pan
on stove to heat, Pour about ¼ cup of mixture
at a time into frying pan, Flip the pancakes
when they start to bubble, Set pancakes aside
to cool
11:15 – 11:30 Egg Muffins – Remove muffins from oven and
set to cool
Prepare presentation details, Present finished
heavy breakfast dishes
