Proposing Nominations For Training
Proposing Nominations For Training
1. Nomination process
Makers propose employees from various Wings/sections for training programmes.
Makers can propose any number of nominations. Checkers select from this list to
approve the final nominations. Checkers can approve as many as nominations as the
number of slots allotted to the office.
Checkers should refrain from adding nominations for the entire office. If required, they
can nominate employees of their own section for a training programme and in case of an
emergency when a maker is not able to make the nomination for his wing. Even when a
checker makes a nomination, the nomination goes into a queue for approval by the
Checker. This provides checker with the opportunity to export these nominations along
with nominations from other wings for approval from higher authority.
2. Adding/proposing nominations

The training programmes only where slots have been sought by the office are listed
here. The slots assigned to the office are shown against each course. Click on
Nominate button against the training programme to which nominations are to be made.
** The boxes are not for start date and end date of a training programme. They are
dates between which the start date of a course would fall into.
