IRC's Medical Sector operates as a provider
of highly competent candidates from various
of countries to serve in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.

We serve a number of leading hospitals in the

Kingdom.

We are able to arrange to our clients all the HR

needed to operate a hospital,from doctors,
nurses to administrators and non skilled MP.

Our process of selecting candidates is handled

by our experienced recruitment officers to
ensure best selection and delivery on time.

Currently we are providing our service through

600 nurses & 70 doctors.

 Recruitment Process
01 Identifying recruitment requirement- we understand
and analyze your business needs and job specifications.

02 Searching and sourcing - highly experienced

representatives are based overseas, devoted to
finding and screening the right talent suited to your
needs Screened candidate CVs will be sent within 10
days from receiving a request.

03 Interviewing and selection- scheduled interview is

arranged to shortlist best candidates.

04 Offering and processing -successful candidates will be

provided with offers and start their processes.

Weekly updates -reports will be sent weekly which

explains the recruitment stage of successful
candidates.
Licenses Process
Document Revision-documents and certifications
are revised during screening process. Verification
-express dataflow is applied for each candidate
after their medical.

release, our team starts registration process
in the Saudi.
Health specialty mumaris system.
Our dedicated team ensure all candidates
acquire their SCFHS licenses to work legally
within your establishment.
Exam scheduling- we provide two options
Candidates will take Prometric exam in their
home country
Candidates will be done with their exam
within the first week of their arrival in the
kingdom.
Upon client request we provide
the 9ption of issuing a temporary
license for our candidates. Our
team will explain step by step
the process needed.

 Licenses Process
Operation (Upon candidate deployment and onward)

On Boarding:
After candidate deployment, we undergo the following
procedures with the candidates: Escort nurses fr9m
airport to our main office

Provide cash advance as support to facilitate their

needs within the first month

Provide sim cards m:.=============~

Orientation is given

Medical test is done

Introduced to their account manager

After the nurse is well orientated and ready, we

will transport her/him to their designated
accommodation.

Issue iqamas, ATM and insurance cards within a

timeline of 2 weeks from candidates' arrival
