Slaughter of Innocent Children in Thailand Pre-Meditated and Pre-Known to Security

I woke up to the devastating news on the 6th of October of a massive slaughter of

innocent children in Na Klang, Thailand. An ex-policeman slaughtered 38 people
(mostly infants) before turning his violence towards his wife and own child and,
ultimately, himself for a total of 41 dead.1 The violence was marked by grisly atrocities
conducted towards nursery-school children. Allegedly the perpetrator, Panya Khamrab,
had been a police officer in Thailand before he was terminated from his position due to
illicit drug use. “The gunman - armed with a shotgun, a 9mm pistol and a knife - forced
his way into the nursery at about 12.30pm local time…and murdered kids one by one
before fleeing the scene…the killer drove back home following the horror attack in a
white pickup truck which he torched before gunning down his wife and child and
shooting himself.”2

Being such a conspicuous violent rampage, I wondered whether anyone had

surreptitiously forecast these events to me in the days leading up to the event. Often
people do forecast such tragedies to me in order to post these forecasts on social
media to illustrate how utterly corrupted security services (police and intelligence
gathering services) have become due to communist corruption in our institutions.
Allegedly the Las Vegas shootings by Stephen Paddock were forecast to me before
they happened (by London, ON police no less and by George Noory host of Coast to
Coast Radio). As well, the James Cree murders in Saskatchewan in September of 2022
where 10 died were forecast to me.3 Also, the Uvalde, Texas mass murder of 22
children in May of 2022 was tacitly forecast to me to mention a few.4 Even extremely
violent “accidents” have been forecast to me suggesting that they were, in reality, acts
of pre-meditated terrorism such as the Humboldt, Saskatchewan bus tragedy of March

2019 where 16 were killed,5 or the Madeira bus tragedy in April 2019 where 29 were
killed6 and the Bulgaria bus disaster of November 2021 where 45 died.7 Then there are
the tragedies of countless women/girls worldwide sexually assaulted and/or murdered
and having these violent acts framed by the media as spontaneous acts of psychopaths
when the violence perpetrated against these poor souls was completely premeditated
and instigated by communist pedophiles.8 Likewise, many women/girls are deliberately
infected with diseases, or cancer-causing chemicals to hasten their deaths as
communist retribution for these women being an eventual threat to communist
pedophile leadership. The one story in these regards which stands out in my mind was
the horrifying death by intentionally-caused encephalitis of Ariana Rae Delfs. Ariana was
a gifted, good-natured and intelligent Florida teen who was allegedly given West-Nile
virus along with a chemical on a syringe called LPS which causes encephalitis at a rate
approaching 85% in its victims.9 Ariana died in her hospital bed, terrified, by slowly
becoming paralyzed and going blind. Police and the BBC in the UK alleged the Jewish
mafia Douglas clan in Hollywood instigated Ariana’s death in partial retribution for
Michael Douglas’ throat cancer. It is plainly evident that many seemingly spontaneous
violent tragedies that occur in the world are, in actuality, pre-planned and pre-meditated
defacto terrorist acts committed by communists in society. Communist corruption in our
institutions protects the true instigators of these tragedies and misleads the public as to
their true cause. Communist pedophiles sit astride the summit of this infrastructure of
defacto terror causing the worst tragedies to unfold in the lives of citizens around the
globe. Unfortunately, this infrastructure of communism in society actively seeks to have
the worst eventualities unfold for as many citizens of the West as possible. The reason
for having such a virulent hegemony in society is not necessarily for the purposes of
dealing out retribution to the masses or to have this defacto terrorism support
communist China’s long-range goals. Instead the reason for such all-encompassing

violence and malevolence to be inflicted onto the population is for the purposes of
exercising social control.

Nevertheless, it appears that several individuals in London did indeed tacitly forewarn
me of the Thailand nursery school massacre and for this reason this slaughter cannot
be considered a spontaneous act of violence by a psychopath but instead it is yet
another defacto communist terrorist act ultimately designed to cow the Thai population
to Chinese communist hegemony in that country. First, here are the tacit forecasts of the
Thailand slaughter made by Londoners. On Saturday October 1st I went to the
Masonville Mall in London. I went to the food court, as usual, to observe if anyone had
some surreptitious allegations to make to me of impending violence. I usually sit at a
food court table but on this day all of the vacant tables were filthy. Usually cleaning staff
do their best to keep the tables clean but not on this day. There were greasy spots and
food bits scattered over all the vacant tables. I came to sit on a bench without a table in
close proximity to some ethnic Northern Thai people. They had that ethnic look of
northern Thais, or of being from Myanmar, a mixture of south-Asian and south-east
Asian appearance. And, in fact, I was seated in front of the Thai food stall at the food
court. Obviously, the table cleaners had intentionally left the tables dirty so I would have
to sit in this particular location. As I mentioned there were four individuals of northern
Thai ethnicity seated beside me. They had purchased a bucket of KFC chicken and one
male in the group ate his chicken in a peculiar manner. He stabbed the chicken piece
with a fork, held it upright and ate the speared chicken holding onto it with the chicken
on top of his utensil. On the other side of me there appeared more ethnic northern
Thais. This was a group of 4 men and I had seen them regularly each time I went to the
food court. They liked to hang-out there and drink coffee. There is nothing more peculiar
to note of this event. Obviously cleaning staff of the food court corralled me into sitting
near many ethnically northern Thais and by the Thai food outlet in order to alert me to
something transpiring in Thailand. Certainly the northern Thai man stabbing a piece of
chicken with a fork was a metaphor for the stabbings of the nursery children to occur on
the 6th of October. So this event was one forecast of the Thai massacre indicating that it
was not a spontaneous act but likely a defacto act of communist terrorism.

The next forecast of the Thai massacre was on Monday October 3rd. I was, once again,
on my way to shop at the Masonville commercial area. I was waiting for the 19 bus
when I noticed a police SUV number 41 in front of the Shell gas station at Oxford and
Hyde Park roads. It was about 12 noon. The number 41 on the police SUV eerily and
accurately forecast the total number of deaths to occur in the Thai massacre three days
later.10 I never did make it to Masonville on that day. My number 10 bus discontinued its
route at Western University and I had a tutorial to attend at home on the internet. Were
Londoners indicating that a Chinese communist at a Thai university was involved with
planning the nursery school massacre? Nevertheless, these are two strong tacit
forecasts of the Thai slaughter by Londoners. One scenario forecast a mass stabbing at
a Thai location, the other forecast exactly the number of casualties in the slaughter. If
London, Ontario police had an inkling of the exact number of casualties in the slaughter
you can be assured that some in security services in Thailand were aware of the
impending massacre and yet could not act to prevent this tragedy due to communist
corruption in Thai security services.

Nevertheless, we expect more from our security services which are thoroughly
corrupted by communist infrastructure and pedophiles. Of course, ideally what is
supposed too happen when intelligence services become aware of mass acts of
violence being pre-planned through their routine surveillance, or through tip-offs, is that
they inform those in administration to mobilize an action plan to deter the violence
instigator. There are many ways to accomplish this action plan but probably the best
way is to have police put the suspect under “hot surveillance”. That is, the suspected
violence-planner is placed under heavy surveillance and the perpetrator is aware that
he is under security service surveillance. There should be a constant police presence of
police patrol cars placed nearby the soon-to-offend individual’s residence so he
becomes intensely paranoid that the authorities are “on to him” and the terrible violence
he is planning. Obviously, the expectation is by having police constantly surrounding
him and following him while he carries out his malevolent plan, the levels of guilt and
anxiety caused in the violence-planner will be so excessive that he will psychologically
snap before he can carry out his plan and fail to execute it due to the fear of police
intervention. Also, police could conceivably arrest these violence instigators as soon as
they begin to carry their weapons with them in a threatening manner. Just look at the
Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock to see how “hot surveillance” could have
prevented that mass shooting. In the weeks before the shooting Paddock was
displaying conspicuous red flags that intelligence services must have picked up on in
their routine surveillance. Paddock was buying massive amounts of ammunition from
gun shops; he was transporting automatic weapons to his hotel room in Las Vegas as

well. These are acts of a seriously menacing quality. Imagine if police had followed
Paddock in these weeks before his deadly shooting. Imagine if police followed Paddock
to the gun stores where he was buying massive amounts of ammunition. Imagine if
police had followed Paddock as he was transporting large numbers of automatic
weapons to his hotel room in Vegas. And, finally, imagine if police arrested Paddock as
he was transporting his weapons to his hotel where a large crowd was to gather for a
country music festival under the aegis of terrorism prevention. Paddock would have
become a nervous wreck under such surveillance and most likely would have stopped
in his malevolent plan, or he may have taken his own life if he was embroiled in some
evil plan instigated by high-level communists to which he could not escape.

These are the things that should have transpired towards Panya Khamrab and would
have likely prevented the slaughter of so many innocent infants. Imagine if Thai police,
after security services were tipped off to the violence he was perpetrating, were
instructed to “shadow” Khamrab openly and continuously and everywhere he went a
police car followed him. If Khamrab did not collapse in a state of massive guilt and
paranoia due to emotion-killing drugs such as opioids and benzodiazepines he should
have been arrested as he gathered his weapons for the massacre and as held as a
terrorist. But he was not. Communist corruption within Thai security services prevented
them from doing their jobs properly and they had to sit back with some in security
services fully aware that Khamrab was about to commit a massacre towards a nursery
school. As I mentioned in previous articles, the consequences for not obeying
communists in the workforce are job loss, perhaps kidnapping of a son or daughter,
perhaps murder of a family member. There is no end to the terror these communists in
institutions dish-out including having children seriously developmentally disabled
through the administration of the neurotoxin methylmercury to them. These are some of
the consequences that security services personnel face after disobeying communists in
the workforce. It is obvious that our security service personnel require greater protection
than they have at present if they are to ever function adequately. But even more
important is that high-level communists must be segregated in society. Pedophiles and
other noxious high-level communists must be cast out of the workplace so that they
cannot threaten others safety or employment. High-level communist operatives must be
removed from our school systems where they threaten and often administer
neurotoxins11 and noxious poisons to children12 whose parents have run afoul of
communists in society.

ONCE AGAIN WITH THE TRAGEDY IN LAS VEGAS AT THE MANDALAY BAY HOTEL
IT IS APPARENT POLICE AND INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES ARE AWARE IN
ADVANCE OF MASS SHOOTINGS AND THESE ACTS, AS WELL AS OTHER FORMS
OF TERRORISM, CAN BE PREVENTED

Another tragic mass shooting in the States on October 2nd, 2017 with approximately
900 wounded and 60 deceased. It has been my contention that the intelligence
agencies are aware of when some of these shootings take place yet organized criminal
operatives employed within the intelligence agencies and police services prevent this
information from being utilized in order to prevent these tragedies. London Ontario
police and intelligence-gathering services seemed to be aware of the developing
shooting situation in Las Vegas due to many conspicuous coincidences I noticed in
police behaviour in London on Wednesday September 27th and on Thursday
September 28th and yet, although this information obviously could have been used by
Las Vegas police to prevent this mass-shooting, it was not. If London, Ontario police
were aware of the developing crisis situation in Las Vegas you can bet that the
American intelligence services were aware of it as well and perhaps even that some of
the Las Vegas police were aware of the unfolding crisis as well. Yet nothing was done to
properly disseminate this information to the Las Vegas police in order to effectively
prevent this tragedy.

Of course hindsight is always 20/20 vision and I do not want to disparage police and
intelligence services using hindsight, however, they have their minority of corrupt and ill-
natured employees, as do all workplaces, who subvert the good work police and
intelligence services try to do to keep the public safe. Furthermore, good police and
intelligence service personnel are ostensibly confessing to me that they have
foreknowledge of some of these mass shootings and terrorist events and yet they are

powerless to act on this information to protect the public. So they are as eager to
remedy the situation as most of us are. Security services want to function as the general
public expects them to yet they cannot due to being corrupted by communist/organized
crime operatives. This situation must be remedied or communists and organized
criminals will continue to instigate mass terrorist tragedies in the West. Unfortunately,
police and intelligence personnel are confessing that there are subversives within their
midst who actively work to assist mass shooters and terrorists in order to have these
individuals’ malevolent acts become realized and, furthermore, that these individuals
have the power to override individuals in security services seeking to act in the best
public interest. This is certainly an untenable situation and good police and intelligence
personnel are seeking to remedy it through making it known publicly that there is a
terrible corruption in security services. I seek to make the tacit concerns of good, decent
security services personnel public by writing about their concerns on social media.

As to my contention that some police and intelligence agency personnel had

foreknowledge of the devastating attack in Las Vegas, here are the details: On
Wednesday 27th of September I took the bus to go to the welfare office to drop off my
monthly statement. As I am a concerned citizen and due to the fact that I make
allegations about the criminal element in my city and, also likely that I come from a
family with a history of police officers in it, the police sometimes surreptitiously tip me off
to information that they are privy to. Nevertheless, I got on the bus on the 27th of
September 2017 and a police car passed me by as I was transferring buses. It was
police car number 21. I immediately thought of the game black-jack when I saw the car.
I thought maybe the police were tipping me off of to a high level organized criminal at
London’s slot casino. Nevertheless, on second thought I felt, due to the fact that a week
beforehand I had lost about $40 and the week before that $100 at the slots, that it was
best to stay away from the casino and instead take the number 2 bus which goes by the
slot casino instead and that there was probably going to be a criminal of interest on the
bus. Nevertheless, sly police tip-offs usually refer to many things simultaneously, so
after dropping my welfare statement off I took the number 2 bus on a couple of rounds
of its route just to check things out. At one point on the bus route I remember seeing a
police car with its lights flashing on Riverside Drive stopped in a diagonal manner
pointing west. (This police officer on Riverside Drive was in the vicinity of Mount
Pleasant cemetery, an ominous portent of many deaths.)
The next day, the 28th of September 2017, I was on the bus, once again, and I saw
another police car parked in a diagonal manner, this time underneath a sign for horse
racing/gambling. In hindsight, it was obvious that by showing me a race horse along
with a police car that London police knew the name of the Vegas mass shooter, which
was Paddock. (Paddocks are closely associated with race horses.) I took this defacto
police-tip-off as a hint to go back to the casino area once again because London’s slot
casino is also a horse racetrack. So once again, I got on the number 2 bus which goes
by the casino as I did the previous day. So far there had been two tacit references to
gambling made by police and one reference to massive deaths (the police car parked
near the cemetery). It is obvious in hindsight that police were referring surreptitiously to
the Stephen Paddock Las Vegas shootings to me two days before they had occurred.

Nevertheless, by far the strongest tacit forecast that London police made, indicating that
a murder spree was going to take place, was on the 28th of September. As I said, on
the 27th and 28th I had been taking various city buses that I believed the police wanted
me to take in order to identify organized crime operatives in London. Instead it appears
that police encouraged me to take these buses to point out to me that they had
foreknowledge of the Las Vegas shooter. The most overt hint that London police knew
that a mass shooting was about to take place was made to me on the 28th of
September on the number 13 bus. On the 28th of September I took the 13 bus south
towards White Oaks Mall from downtown London. We were at a stop light by Westervelt
career college on Wellington Road. I noticed in the foyer to the college a couple of
triangular-open bottom signs that are put up to advertise various career courses
Westervelt offered. One was a sign that advertised Westervelt's Police Foundations
courses; another sign advertised Westervelt's Massage Therapy course. However, from
where the bus was stopped, and where I was looking, the word "massage" had been cut
off from one of the sign boards. From my viewpoint the word "massage" looked like
"massac e" part of the "g" was not visible. So with the combination of the 2 signs it
seemed to read "police...massacre". This was on the 28th of September, apparently the
day Stephen Paddock checked in or was about to check in to Mandalay Bay hotel. So
London police and some London transit drivers were aware that a massacre was soon
to take place. After arriving at White Oaks Mall, I took the number 10 bus in the direction
of my home. Taking the number 10 bus presages the time that Paddock began shooting
which was at about 10PM pacific time. Once again, the 10 leaves us with no doubt that
the police even knew of the time the Las Vegas shooting spree was about to take place.
To summarize the information that some in police knew in regards to the Las Vegas
shooting, London police knew who the shooter was, the surname of the shooter, where
the shooting would take place and the day the shootings would occur (police car 21: it
was the 2nd of October on the east coast when the shootings began and the 1st of
October on the west coast when the shootings began). Police also knew that there
would be many, many deaths by the police car parking by the cemetery. Also, police
knew the time the shooting would start (10pm local time).

However, some in security services were not the only ones to know that a deadly mass
shooting would occur in Las Vegas. Early on the morning of October 2nd (EST) I tuned
into George Noory and Coast to Coast Radio. George played a couple of tunes by up
and coming amateur country artists. Coast to Coast playing country music is very
conspicuous as they rarely broadcast this musical genre. Mr Noory then reported a
shooting had occurred in Las Vegas but there were no hard facts in yet. Early reports
alleged that there was only 1 or 2 deaths, thankfully it was looking as if it was not a
particularly extensive mass shooting. Conspicuously, the country songs by up and
coming country artists played on Coast to Coast referred to the site of the shooting — at
a music festival for up and coming country music musicians in Las Vegas. Also,
peculiarly Coast to Coast Radio played the famous Frank Sinatra song “Luck be a Lady”
on this night by an amateur singer at one point while information was slowly coming in
on the Las Vegas shooting. Once again, the music was very conspicuous. “Luck be a
Lady” was a song made famous by the consummate Vegas performer Frank Sinatra.
Playing a song such as this, made famous by a Las Vegas legend, simultaneously while
people were being slaughtered in Las Vegas —with such a glib reference to the
slaughter in the title of the song— comes off, ultimately, as very insensitive on the part
of Coast to Coast staff. So Coast to Coast Radio broadcast some very conspicuous
music on the night of the Vegas shooting as nascent reports of the shooting slowly
began to be announced on-air ultimately portraying the show as insensitive. (I do not
think that host George Noory is insensitive, instead it is alleged that Coast to Coast
producer Tom Danheiser, an alleged pedophile, ultimately designed the insensitive
musical choices for that night.)

There are other conspicuous coincidences as well, somewhat more tenuous, but
nonetheless worth mentioning in regards to the Las Vegas shooting and Coast to Coast
Radio. The Las Vegas shooter shot from a window of a hotel high above where the
country festival was taking place. The shooting seemed reminiscent of the environment
of the JFK assassination. A shooter or shooters (similar confusion was expressed in the
Last Vegas shooting early on) was firing on people from a window in a building high up.
On the morning of Saturday, September 30th (the weekend beginning before the Las
Vegas shooting) Richard Sera guest-hosted Coast to Coast and discussed the JFK
assassination in great depth especially critically going over the environment of Deely
Plaza and mistakes made in planning the presidential motorcade. Furthermore, I had
just watched the recent JFK assassination film on DVD entitled “Jackie”. Another
tenuous coincidence was the bus driver I kept seeing on 3 separate occasions during
my 2 days on the buses over September 27th and 28th. He was a complete
doppelgänger for that French assassin in the film “the French Connection”. In the film
the assassin tries to shoot the protagonist of the film, a cop named Popeye Doyle, from
a rooftop. Popeye chases the assassin and eventually kills him. In hindsight, it appears
that this doppelgänger was a forewarning of what was about to transpire near the
Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas to the extent that I understand 2 police officers were
shot in the crowd of the country music festival just as Popeye had been fictionally shot
at and also that police officers, like Popeye, eventually killed the alleged assassin. So
Richard Sera’s Coast to Coast broadcasts on the weekend of the Vegas mass shooting
also referred to the Paddock tragedy.

It has been made sufficiently clear to me that many individuals had some kind of
foreknowledge of the horrific events which transpired on October 1st/2nd, 2017.
Secondly, many individuals were paraded in front to of me in order to get the major point
across that intelligence agencies and some police have foreknowledge of many terrorist
acts and mass shootings that occur and yet are prevented from acting on this
information in order to protect the public by organized crime operatives within their
ranks. The fact that I was on the receiving end of all this effort on the part of police,
intelligence agency employees, broadcasters and bus drivers to make this point is likely
due to the fact that I publicly write about these strange events in society and publish
these writings on social media. In other words, many high-powered individuals want this
situation remedied and want it done so immediately, as do most of us.
