From my home visit and interview from the parents of the students I may say that
the parents are nurturing, responsive, and supportive, yet set firm limits to their
children. I notice that they are very open to their children.
They have this control by explaining rules, discussing, and reasoning.
They listen to their children’s viewpoint, but they don't always accept it.
Being an authoritative parent, their children are more likely to become independent,
self-reliant, socially accepted, academically successful, and well-behaved .

I think that the family factor

that contributes to the
development and over-all
adjustment of the
learner in school is the
gentleness of the environment
around the learner. I think
because of it the
learner had always the time
to be able to connect with
others. Although sometimes he
had
struggles on coping up with
other learners who are
aggressive and reactive he was
still able to
socialize with them in a way he
was taught.
Several family factors can affect a child's behavior and ability to perform in the classroom
Family-related factors, like parent's educational level, their values and expectations
have a significant impact on child's early skills and later educational outcomes.
Family is important because they can offer support and security coupled with unconditional love.
they will always look to see and bring out the best in you even if you cannot see it for yourself.

Yes the communication

between the home-school have
an effect on the learner. As we
know
our parents are our first teachers
that is why what they instill on
the mind of the learners will
really influence how they see
the world and how they treat
other people. It is important for
the
teacher and parents to
collaborate when it comes to the
things that concerns the learner
for them
to come up with strategies that
will nourish the learner not only
academically but also as an
individual
Good two-way communication between families and schools is necessary
for the students' success. Research shows that the more parents
and teachers share relevant information with each other about a student,
the better equipped both will be to help that student achieve academically.

Teachers can interact with the school neighborhood and local businesses. Sharing your school's
vision as you engage with social groups helps instill a mutual understanding. These collaborations
serve to strengthen school and community partnerships.

To empower them to become self-motivated

When I was young, were not rich nor poor, my parents can manage our daily life.
I am also a product of a public school As far as I remembered no matter how busy my
Mother is she also secured that she can teach me on my daily school needs.
They are very supportive. They guide me on my studies and never tired teaching and
helping me in my school related things. They don’t spoil me or tolerate me and I do
understand and I’ll learn from that life is not easy you have to work hard for it.
As time goes by, I am full of love and support from my family even that I already have my own.
My experience as a child is a result of what I am now full of positivity and eagerness to learn
and share new things from others.

If God grant me, as a future Teacher I do believe that home-school collaboration is

an important step in supporting a child positive engagement in the learning and social
aspects in school life. Having a good with communication with parents is a better way in order
to fully understand why the learners behave or act in a certain situation. And several studies
have proven that collaboration between parents and teachers improves children's
academic achievement, work habits, and social skills. Together, as a team, parents and
teachers can work to create the best possible environments to foster physical,
emotional and intellectual well-being for students.
