Ma’am Miranda is a quality teacher. She has a good communication skill, she listens to her students,
has empathy and patience. She is effective communicator who is flexible while listening to and
comprehending the worries of her students.

Yes, I am inspired to become a good teacher. I wanted to change something in the

community, a good impact and to inspire others to become a better version of them.
Although teaching is a continuous process and to be a teacher means to be a student always.

I will take good care of myself. My students need me to be healthy. I’ll make sure that I
have time to relax, I will take care of myself so that you I can stay healthy, and happy.
– I will go back to school because education will have a direct impact on your students’
education.

After observation in the real classroom, I have now a big picture of what’s waiting for me in the future. Challenges are
always there, the following are the struggles I am expecting lack of resources/training, time management because
aside from teaching and preparing lesson there is administrative work waiting after long hours of teaching. Making
classroom environment more conducive of learning while getting learning outcomes improve. Understanding the
changing technology - teachers have been finding it hard to find easy yet effective systems and platforms to run their
classrooms. And one more important is parental involvement.

Adapting to changes is not easy, however, as a teacher I will utilize implementing technology in the classroom,
getting more interactive. Social media made a difference on how students think, I am assisting students in developing
interests on the academic subjects and to make and maintain active engagement.

A day in the School Life of a Quality Teacher

A teacher works to build our nation. They say that being a teacher is the most dignified profession. Teachers mold
minds and create future professionals, guide, and mold them towards destined pat. Aside from parents, they play
huge role in human growth physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally of students.
Anyone can be a teacher, however, to become a professional, one must, nevertheless, go through requirements and
processes to obtain a license. With that, individuals can work in government-run public schools.

Community has high expectation to teachers, have a big special appreciation to building bright community.

“A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.” –Henry Adams

Teachers are like night owls, even before the sun lights covers the world. Teachers preparing all the materials
needed for the class. Teachers' jobs don't stop in school. They are planning even before getting home, works
continue for their learners' development. They plan and plan and always have sleepless nights.

Lesson Plan This is a collection of day-to-day plans and goals of a

teacher. What the teacher wants to achieve for the day
in the classroom will be printed here.

Instructional Simply, the things needed for the teacher to deliver the
Materials lesson for that day. It can be hard or soft copy
materials.

Activities This is used to test and check the learning of a student.

Sheets/Module It can help discover or enhance the potentials of the
student.

Paper-Pen Test This is to check the basic understanding of a student

for today’s topic.

Teaching Strategy The success of a teacher depends on they manage the

lesson for the student, so that it may be fully absorbed
in a meaningful way.

Equipped Teachers need to be armed with the scope of the topics

Knowledge first. As teachers are the living book for the students,
textbooks can be sometimes too old-school. Students
yearn to learn live in real-time.

Teachers are supposed to bridge the differences between the various student differences. We can therefore see how
varied the responsibilities and role of the teacher are. She/He should take on the role of the second parent inside the
four walls of the classroom because of all the physical and planning preparations.

Of course, there are certain students that are challenging to manage. Teachers manage them in various ways
(though not literally like taming a lion). To keep students' attention and quell any rebellious tendencies, passionate
and committed teachers make everything in the classroom as exciting as they can.

Although these might be some of the most challenging periods for a teacher, they can also be the most enjoyable
ones, when a teacher and pupils can collaborate to create while learning. After all the challenges, it is a rewarding
moment for a teacher when a learner's mentality changes, and a great outcome occurs.
