INTRODUCTION
• CO2 emissions are at an all-time high
• According to the International Energy Agency, the global emission
of carbon dioxide touched a whopping 36.3 billion tonnes
• This is accompanied by an increase in the average global
temperature
PLAN
• To reduce carbon dioxide emissions
• To use technology to ensure a better future for the next
generation
• To allow the industries to reduce their carbon dioxide emission
without making any changes in the process or hampering the
quality of the product
RESOURCES
The apparatus required to make a Graphene sheet is as follows
• Graphene Sheet
• Vacuum chamber
• Transmission electron microscope
SCHEDULE

• Graphene membranes are made up of SPONG.

• Stage First, oxygen-functionalized nanoporous graphene (ONG) was obtained by
exposing single-layer graphene to oxygen plasma and ozone.
• Stage 2 CO2-philic polymeric chains were grafted on the porous graphene lattice
to obtain polymer functionalized ONG (PONG).
• Stage 3 , the poly(ethylene glycol)- dimethyl-ether (PEGDE) oligomer was used to
swell the CO2-philic polymer layer in PONG leading to a swollen PONG
(SPONG) film with a total film thickness of less than 20 nm
BUDGET
Product Quantity Cost
Membrane 10 ₹50,00,000 / m2
Blower 1 ₹38,70,720
Cost for vacuum 1 ₹7,500
Cost of power require 1 ₹56,000

Cost for maintenance 1 ₹1,39,666

Electron Microscope 1 ₹12,000
Total ₹90,85,886
Note:-
• The above budget was prepared on 20th September 2022, and all the prices are converted
into rupees considering 1$ is equivalent to ₹81.63. It includes all the required requirements
with their pricing.
• All the values written above are negotiable.
• These values purely depend upon the industry.
