People living in developing countries are expected to have more life struggles and
experience difficult circumstances. People are inclined with multiple jobs and work day and
night to survive. In accordance, they are fixated to the outlook of doing the things they must do
in order to survive consequently give them purpose in life. Furthermore, people living in
developing countries are more religious than those people in developed countries. The
engagement of people in religion has given them meaning in life as it serves as their regulator in
their day-to-day experiences.
On the other hand, people in developed countries are given more opportunities than
those people in developing countries. They are given access to quality education and afford to
enter college and universities. Aside from that wealthy also tend to have less children than
those people in poor nations. Though people living in developed countries are more successful
and have more comfortable life, presented study shows that wealthy people have a tendency
to find less meaning in life. Because instead of immersing themselves in religion to find purpose
in their lives they became dependent on their status and dispositions to find meaning in life.

Conclusion:

State a conclusion that will call for the national government to take an initiative in
building sustainable and collaborative environments without compromising the
economy of the country.

Building a sustainable and collaborative environment without compromising

the economy has been a predicament in a country. Sustainability is not only tied to
the country’s environment but also to the social and economic environment which
forms the three pillars of sustainability. Trying to address only one of any of these
pillars will only lead to trade off. Balancing approach must be recognized to take
equal attention of each of the pillar. In order to do this, government must
implement policies that corelate the protection of the environment and the growth
of the economy as well as public policies to form a collaborative environment.
Providing policies for sustainability will be ineffective without the collaboration of
the people in a nation. Collaboration and balance are vital as these achieve
sustainability with union without comprising any of the pillar.
