DESIGN REPORT AND SER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The newly created digital platform for EVER 2020 is supporting the idea of living the whole competition
digitally/online till we reach the final stages of Manufacturing and Race Day. Please make sure you are
following the below guidelines, otherwise this will subject your submission to penalties.

1. File size is lower than 12 MB.

2. File name is in English (Not Arabic).
3. Please refer to the related article for the design report guidelines in chapter 1 rules as well
as the Design Report tips and tricks lecture in the Udemy academy.
4. Please merge your design report and SER into a single PDF

How to Submit?

1. Login into the competition website (electricvehiclerally.org)

2. Click into My Team page and press on Submission Tab

3. For the submission (Design Report and SER - Mentorship and Workshops), press on submit
button and upload the file.

4. After uploading make sure that the status has been changed into Submitted instead of not
submitted yet.

Note: You can edit the submitted file before the deadline by clicking Edit button.
