MIDTERM EXAMINATION
In
School Finance Management and Resource Mobilization

The steps that we made or implemented in our school for the face-to-face classes is to
ensure that the students entering the campus daily should only be those who has A scheduled
class of that specific day. Those students who doesn’t have classes at that day can not enter the
campus, to do it so, we have our security guard and ROTC-Cadettes to check on their COR or
Portal to ensure if that student has a class in the campus. However, in conducting classes per
room if you have a three hour of time of that section you need to divide them into two groups in
order for you to monitor Safe distance education. In budgetary appropriation and other resources
we prepared in making temporary classrooms to conduct class since the propose 5 floor building
has not yet been made. With the help of the temporary classrooms we can ensure that we can
conduct our classes on schedule. We can’t wait until November for we already conducted full
blast face-to-face classes in our school last september, at first we struggled as we started the face-
to-face classes because of our lack of classrooms and we weren’t prepared at that time but until
had pass we had been making solutions day by day to ensure that we can teach the students
accurately. Some of our preparations in the school is that after classes of that day our
maintenance are going to dissenfect the classrooms being used, to ensure the safety of the health
of the students and instructors. We strictly encourage the students not to share their personal
belongings with there classsmate’s and make sure to wear a mask if talking in group and even
inside the class. The rooms must only be ventilated and windows should not be close all the time
during class sessions.
