    Each station is required to schedule a minimum of 45 minutes of news per day (from

    5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) on a Monday-thru-Saturday basis with a minimum length of one
    (1) minute, five (5) minutes, ten (10) minutes and/or fifteen (15) minutes. All stations are
    required to schedule newscasts distinctly as such. For the purpose of this section, a
    newscast is a distinct unit of a program with minimum news content of one (1) minute
    excluding intro, extro, headline and commercial load
