Prepare and Produce Bakery Products

Materials: Mixing bowl, wooden spoon, baking sheets, utility


bowls, spatula, rubber scrapper, measuring spoon and
cup, visual aids

III. PROCEDURE

Prepare with the students the tools needed in preparing chocolate


crinkles.

The students will do the return demonstration.

The students answer the following question, what are the tools and
ingredients needed in preparing chocolate crinkles.

V. ASSIGNMENT

The students study the step by step process on how to bake chocolate
crinkles.
