NOTICE FOR WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT OF ‘GIS

CONSULTANT’ AND ‘IT EXPERT’
Eligible candidates are invited to attend walk-in-interview on 24.06.2022

at 10.00 AM for the following posts in office of Chief Coordinator Planner (NCR),
Department of Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana, Chandigarh on
contractual basis, initially for one year: -

Interested candidates should report at 10:00 A.M. on 24.06.2022 in the

office of Chief Coordinator Planner (NCR), Department of Town & Country Planning,
Haryana Nagar Yojana Bhavan, Plot No.3, Block-A, Sector-18A, Madhya Marg,
Chandigarh. Candidates arriving late may not be permitted to participate.
Candidates are advised to go through the requirements of educational

qualification, experience and age etc. carefully and satisfy themselves that they are
eligible, before appearing for the interview. In the absence of filled up application form
or certificates, the application will be rejected and the applicant will not be permitted
to attend the interview.
The interview committee reserves the right to cancel any or all the
applications without assigning any reason thereof.

Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing from a

Experience:
(a) At least 2 years of experience in IT
Industry (GIS domain/platform). Hands-on
working experience in software packages
of ESRI (ArcGIS) is also a must.
(b) Hands-on experience on AutoCAD Map and
open source technologies like QGIS etc.
(c) Should have worked for at least one
complete GIS Project cycle.
Desirable Qualification:
(a) Should have ability to work single
handedly on a project.
(b) Experience /employment in Govt. sector
would be an added advantage.
(c) Experience of working with NIC and/or
NRSC would also be an added advantage.
2 IT Expert Qualifications: 53,100/-
B.E / B.Tech/ MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or P.G. in
No. of (Computer Science/IT)
Posts: 1
Experience:
3 Years of relevant experience.
Must be ASP .NET MVC developer with
knowledge in C#, Jquery, Javascript, SQL
Server, Entity Framework, API & ASP.Net web
forms. Should have good experience in SQL
queries, stored procedures and functions &
triggers.
HOW TO APPLY:
Candidates have to report as per the scheduled time and date. Candidates
must come with the necessary forms and documents in triplicate, i.e., filled up
application form as per the prescribed format (Annexure-I) given alongwith Resume and
self-attested photocopies of the qualifications/experiences/certifications etc. in
original, alongwith testimonials, mark-sheets of all examinations and a recent
photograph. In absence of the filled-up application form or certificates, the application
may be rejected and candidates will not be permitted to attend the interview. Original
Certificates must be brought at the time of interview.
