One of the most significant career abilities a professional can have is the ability

to form professional relationships. As a future educator, creating a professional

relationship is vital since we educators don’t stop learning. So, having a professional
relationship with someone who is more knowledgeable and has a lot of teaching
experience can benefit me as I can learn other teaching strategies and better
classroom management. It is inevitable that there will be people who know more than
you do. Also, with that, I can gain enough knowledge to how I can be promoted faster.
Aside from that, having professional relationships with my co-teachers is essential as
we can discuss and share ideas for the development of our teaching skills. Therefore,
creating the right professional relationships will lead to success.
