This photo was taken 20th of July this year.

You might assume that I took that

photo on a sunflower field, but this was just one of the plants of our neighbor. I chose
the sunflower and the blue sky as my subject in my photo as I rarely see sunflowers
especially here in our area. Blue sky can give a contrast to it making it a suitable
background for the sunflower. So, I give emphasis and focus only to those two subjects
and both of it is what I chose to keep, thus the process of selection happened. On the
other hand, there were other plants in that area which was not shown in the picture.
Those other plants are what I chose to remove as they are not what I want to keep or
capture at that moment, thus, the process of omission happened.
